Project Description:

The rapid growth of urbanization and the increasing number of theft incidents in homes, offices, shops, and warehouses have created a strong demand for intelligent and automated security systems. Traditional security systems such as alarms and CCTV cameras often require continuous human monitoring and lack real-time alert mechanisms. To overcome these limitations, the IoT-Based Theft Detection System using Raspberry Pi provides a smart, automated, and internet-enabled security solution capable of detecting unauthorized access and immediately alerting the user.This system integrates sensors, cameras, and wireless communication technologies with a Raspberry Pi, which acts as the central controller. The system continuously monitors the protected area and sends real-time alerts to the user through the internet when suspicious activity is detected.The IoT-Based Theft Detection System using Raspberry Pi offers a reliable, intelligent, and automated security solution that leverages IoT and embedded technologies. By combining sensors, camera modules, and real-time cloud communication, the system ensures immediate detection and notification of theft attempts.
